Our Policies and Guidelines are very simple...

A minimum deposit of $2000 will hold your date with us. Your deposit also guarantees that we will not change any of the prices on you, no matter how far in advance we are planning. This way, you can plan your budget and not worry about it changing on you.

Final guest count and payment are due 10 days before your event. A correct count and final payment allows us to place timely orders with our vendors, thus ensuring that only the freshest ingredients are used for your event. The final guest count can be increased at anytime, including the day of the event. Simply Elegant Catering will simply charge accordingly. We accept checks, credit cards and cash.

The final guest count should include everyone that you would like to feed that evening. So, think about all of the extras like the musician’s, DJ’s, or photographers. Children that sit in a chair should be included in the final guest count.

In reviewing the following menus and prices, please keep in mind that our final prices are all-inclusive. Unlike our competitors, we let you know the complete costs of your party up front. We don’t add gratuity charges, cake-cutting charges, or corkage fees. If we can save you money, we will.

At Simply Elegant Catering, we assess an 18% administrative fee on our events. This fee helps cover our necessary business costs such as insurance, clerical expenses, and rent. Also, please be aware that Simply Elegant Catering will assess a 12% finance charge on all outstanding invoices. So please don’t forget to pay.
